Job summary

The Bellevue Club | Hotel on Seattle’s Eastside is seeking enthusiastic Banquet Servers to join our premier athletic and social club. You will set up banquet spaces, serve guests with excellence, and ensure smooth event execution from start to finish.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. WA Food Handlers Permit and WA Liquor/Mixologist Permit are required, with shifts mainly evenings, weekends, and

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage service, preferably banquet or events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Must have current WA Food Handlers Permit and WA Liquor/ Mixologist Permit.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms per event specs (tables, chairs, place settings).
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet area during events.
• Interact with guests to ensure a positive, welcoming experience.
• Assist with post-event breakdown and reset of spaces.
• Collaborate with banquet team and staff for seamless events.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and proper food handling.

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Banquet Servers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for setting up banquet spaces, serving guests with excellence, and ensuring the smooth operation of events from start to finish.

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, and place settings.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high standard of service.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the banquet area throughout the event.
• Interact with guests to address their needs and provide a positive and welcoming experience.
• Assist in post-event breakdown and reset of banquet spaces.
• Collaborate with the banquet team and other staff members to ensure seamless event execution.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a banquet or event setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
• Current Washington State Food Handlers Permit and Washington State Liquor and Class 12 Mixologist Permit.
