Job summary

Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily service, train and schedule staff, and ensure smooth restaurant operations in Baltimore Downtown. This role focuses on guest satisfaction, safety, and teamwork.

You will work closely with back-of-house, assist guests, and report safety concerns while supporting all areas of the restaurant as needed. Starting pay is $25/hr.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills verbal and written.
• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• Ability to effectively supervise associates.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Ability to maintain excellent relationships with staff and maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of staff- train, schedule and meet the needs of the daily tasks.
• Ensures the associates have the tools needed to perform their job.
• Actively communicates with the back of the house for smooth operation of the restaurant
• Reports any safety or health concerns
• Assists guests with questions, concerns or needs
• Assist with any area of the restaurant as needed
