• Coach and assist team members to deliver great guest service.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, security, quality and cleanliness.
• Follow safety policies, report hazards or incidents.
• Train, evaluate, and motivate team members; support shifts.
• Lead with a positive leadership attitude and mentor others.
• Support strategies for operations, sales, and retention.
