• Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and adherence to policies.
• Supervise and coordinate staff activities, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for guests and address concerns promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock orders to maintain supplies.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards per regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with management to improve sales and guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding and training new team members.
