Springfield Courtyard, operated by Atrium Hospitality, is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead and train kitchen and dining staff in Springfield, MO. This full‑time role involves coordinating shifts, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards for daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of restaurant service experience and at least 1 year in supervision, with required Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant service experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to earn within 60 days).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and bend or squat as needed.
• Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol.
• Flexible availability including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and schedule restaurant team members to deliver seamless service across every shift.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and independently, ensuring exceptional experiences from arrival to check-out.
• Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately and consistently.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by keeping equipment and prep areas clean and compliant.
• Assist servers and restaurant staff to keep service smooth and efficient.
