Job summary

The Davenport Grand Hotel in Spokane is seeking a Customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to assist the Restaurant Manager in training staff and overseeing daily restaurant operations. You will manage team performance, ensure outstanding service, and uphold brand standards in a luxury setting.

The ideal candidate will have hospitality experience, strong leadership and guest-service orientation, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Experience as host/server/cashier; supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent problem solving skills & ability to multi-task.
• Prior cash handling & experience with MICROS POS system.
• TIPS, CPR & Serve Safe certifications preferred.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
