Dhanani Group Inc. operates Burger King restaurants and is looking for a team member to join its fast-paced operation in Haverhill, MA. This role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, handling payments and assisting at multiple stations to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to perform varied tasks from food prep to cleaning and stocking. Training is provided, with opportunity for growth within a large franchise network.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-facing demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments and responds appropriately to customer issues.
• Operates cash register or POS devices, uses suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales.
• Verifies the accuracy of guests' orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drink products.
• Cleans kitchen area, counters, prep areas and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds.
• Maintains Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
• Works at multiple workstations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter).
• Prompts and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Resolves issues that may arise in the restaurant.
• Learns team effectiveness skills; works with others to achieve team goals.
• Responds to guests' needs in a professional and polite manner.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Works well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Is dependable and reliable.
• Has good written, math and interpersonal skills.
• Has reliable transportation.
