Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor at Smugglers' Notch Vermont. The role oversees daily restaurant operations, ensures service standards, and leads on-floor staff within a fixed-location dining environment.

It involves coordination with management, culinary teams, and service staff to maintain guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. The position requires a high school diploma, 2–4 years in food/bev operations, and supervisory experience, plus valid alcohol-service certifications

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
2–4 years of restaurant or food & beverage operations experience required.
Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
Must meet minimum age requirements to supervise alcohol service.

Responsibilities

Provide on-floor supervision of restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
Support opening and closing procedures and ensure dining/service areas are ready.
Conduct pre-shift meetings to review service expectations and menu updates.
Assist in training and onboarding of restaurant staff.
Lift up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
