San Antonio Wings LLC is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor II in Overland Park, KS. The role supports the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and directs shifts when the GM is away, while upholding the company culture and guest experience.

The position requires leadership to enforce policies, maintain 5-Star guest service, oversee team training, and manage shift coverage. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.

Formación

• Must be able to lift up to 50-pound boxes.
• Works a maximum of 40 hours per week, unless approved by Area Coach.
• Must stay professional when on company property and when interacting with guests and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Direct operations when the General Manager is not present in the store.
• Enforce all company and government policies and communicate changes to staff on shift.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a guest-first culture.
• Coach and train Team Members, oversee scheduling and shift coverage.
• Monitor cash handling and quarterly inventory tasks.
