You will supervise evening staff, uphold food safety, and coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure high standards and a seamless dining experience. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifikationen

• Previous hotel, fine dining, upscale restaurant, or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
• Certification in food safety (e.g., ServSafe).
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development and customer service excellence.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-of-house staff during evening shifts to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor customer interactions and promptly address any issues or concerns to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Assist in training, and performance evaluations to build a motivated and skilled team.
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless communication and timely service.
