Job summary

Le Supreme, a modern French brasserie in Detroit, seeks a Front of House Manager to direct daily dining room operations and elevate guest experiences. You’ll lead a hands-on team, coach staff, and collaborate with leadership to maintain impeccable hospitality standards.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5+ years in upscale dining, a mastery of service flow, and strong communication skills to manage reservations, ensure smooth service, and foster guest relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale or fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and hospitality standards.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with reservation systems such as OpenTable or Resy and POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain a strong, visible floor presence during service and guest interactions.
• Oversee reservations, seating strategy, waitlists, and guest flow; ensure cleanliness and presentation.
• Partner with leadership to uphold hospitality standards and manage labor to service levels.
• Recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing team development.
