The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of Food & Beverage experience, strong leadership, and excellent interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in Food & Beverage.
• Gaming environment experience preferred.
• Outgoing and dynamic leader who can mentor the team.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of health regulations and liquor laws.
• Highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily supervision of restaurant operations.

• Manages daily paperwork.
• 3
• Oversees restaurant activities including serving, bussing, seating, and cashier duties.

• Supervises bartender, server, host, and other staff.
• 5
• Builds relationships with members and guests to anticipate service needs.
• 6
• Be on the floor during peak times and close the bar and restaurant.
• 7
• Keeps restaurant and facilities clean, stocked, and organized.

• Complies with health, alcohol, fire, and local/state laws.

• Implements closing procedures and cash handling practices.

• Incorporates safe work practices in performance.

• Performs other duties as assigned by Director of Food and Beverage and Restaurant Manager.
