Ideal candidates have 1+ year of food service experience, understand casual and upscale dining service, and can comply with state alcohol service requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, friendly, and efficient service to all members and guests.
• Maintains full knowledge of all menu items and daily features.
• Takes accurate food and beverage orders and enters them into the POS system.
• Serves food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation, safety, and alcohol service standards.
• Checks back with guests to ensure satisfaction and anticipates needs.
• Upsells desserts, coffee, and specialty beverages.
• Processes payments according to procedures.
• Maintains clean and organized dining areas and workstations.
