Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a full-time Restaurant Supervisor for Homefield Pub and Social in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You will lead hourly staff, ensure top guest service, and help manage daily operations with a focus on safety and quality.

The role offers $18.00 per hour with weekly pay and a benefits package. Training, development opportunities, and flexible schedules are included to support personal and professional growth.

Competenze

• One year related experience.
• Superior organization and guest service abilities.
• Basic math and computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail.
• Ability to deal with guest complaints, using active listening skills to defuse difficult situations.
• No college degree required.

Mansioni

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service and all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met.
• Assist managers in training and development of the team.
• Collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume.
• Greet guests positively, professionally and as an individual, and monitor guests’ and team member need within your assigned area.
