Delaware North Sportservice at Homefield Pub and Social in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Restaurant Supervisor to lead hourly staff and deliver top-notch guest service in a fast-paced venue.

You will assist in training, manage staffing within budget, and ensure a safe, clean environment, while greeting guests professionally. Weekly pay and a benefits package support personal and professional growth.

Competenze

• One year related experience.
• Superior organization and guest service abilities.
• Basic math skills and computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail.
• Ability to deal with guest complaints, using active listening skills to defuse difficult situations.
• No college degree required.

Mansioni

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service and all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met.
• Assist managers in training and development of the team.
• Collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume.
• Greet guests positively, professionally and as an individual, and monitor guests’ and team member need within your assigned area.
