Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is seeking seasonal part-time cooks to contribute to the Homefield Pub and Social culinary team. You will prepare food for guest orders, communicate with the serving team, and help uphold high culinary standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of previous experience in a back-of-the-house food service position.
• Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes.
• Basic math skills to calculate and follow recipe measurements.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to meet portion sizes and quality standards; ensure proper temperatures and proper packaging.
• Keep workstation, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, and stocked.
• Record waste using the spoilage sheet and follow waste control guidelines.
• Perform opening, closing, side work duties and end-of-day inventory.
