Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at Homefield Pub and Social in Green Bay, Wisconsin is hiring part-time servers to be the face of the restaurant and provide excellent guest service. This tipped position offers weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package as described in the posting.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving beverages and food, handling payments, and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior server or guest service experience preferred.
• Experience with a POS system (MICROS) preferred.
• Ability to complete pre-employment food safety and alcohol service training.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tables and work well under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of drinks and wine.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, communicate specials, take orders, serve and attend to guests.
• Enter orders into POS accurately for kitchen and bar.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly; check IDs.
• Prepare and deliver checks and process payments.
• Collaborate with other servers, kitchen and bar staff.
• Perform opening, closing, cleaning and side work.
• Ensure clean, sanitized and organized workspace and equipment.
