Delaware North Sportservice at Homefield Pub and Social in Green Bay, WI is hiring a full-time Restaurant Supervisor to lead hourly teammates and ensure top service. You will train staff, prioritize daily tasks, and support managers in daily operations while keeping safety and cleanliness standards.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of related experience, strong organization and guest-service skills, and basic math and computer literacy.

• Superior organization and guest service abilities
• Basic math skills and computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail
• Ability to deal with guest complaints, using active listening skills to defuse difficult situations
• No college degree required

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service and all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met
• Assist managers in training and development of the team
• Collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume
• Greet guests positively, professionally and as an individual, and monitor guests’ and team member need within your assigned area

Ensuring the highest levels of service to our guests is our greatest priority. Pay

$18.00 - $18.00 / hour

• Standing or walking for the duration of the shift
