Concord Hospitality's Renaissance Westerville Hotel is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor to leadTwo One Restaurant and related dining operations. You will supervise servers, room service staff, baristas, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders to deliver elevated guest experiences.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and continuous development of associates in a fast-paced, guest-centered environment, including peak-hour support and coordination across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support front-of-house teams during restaurant, bar, and room service operations.
• Open and close shifts per checklists and standards.
• Train, maintain, and enforce service standards using menus, tools, and resources.
• Ensure a safe and sanitary environment; report unsafe conditions.
• Monitor staffing levels, evaluate volume, adjust coverage and overtime.
• Conduct daily taste panels and menu classes for staff knowledge and quality.
• Empower associates to resolve guest concerns and deliver hospitality.
• Participate in associate meetings, training, and team development.
• Manage restaurant party bookings, hospitality suite orders, and cross-department communication.
• Assist with guest service during peak hours, including seating and service support.
• Oversee daily side work and station resets per SOPs.
• Manage repair and maintenance needs through work orders.
