Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells, WI is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor for Daylene's Supper Club. You will lead frontline staff, uphold service standards, and ensure friendly, efficient operations.

Ideal candidates have 1 year front-of-house or supervisory experience in a hotel or resort setting, strong English communication, and a commitment to guest experience. Competitive benefits available.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Manager and F&B leadership; enforce policies, standards and training across outlets within the resort.
• Cover shifts when needed to ensure guest service and daily operations run smoothly.
• Develop, coach and train staff; maintain equipment cleanliness and preventative maintenance.

Restaurant Supervisor

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor . In this role, you will be responsible for exemplifying company standards, behaviors and actions by providing guests with food and beverages served with a fun, friendly, professional, attentive approach that will ensure guest satisfaction beyond expectations; training, developing and coaching associates in all areas of their job role; and completing all necessary administrative duties.

Daylene's Supper Club, a captivating culinary destination nestled on the shores of Lake Delton within the exquisite Dawn Manor Resort. Paying homage to the rich history of Wisconsin supper clubs while infusing a contemporary twist, Daylene's invites you to experience a modern take on classic Wisconsin cuisine.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love —guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll ensure high-quality service, consistent product standards, and a welcoming atmosphere. You’ll provide leadership, support teamwork, and foster a positive and efficient work environment for associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, and F&B Director and understand all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs for all food and beverage outlets within the Resort completely , communicating expectations and enforcing those policies and procedures with restaurant associates.
• Fill in where needed (as an associate) to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations are met daily.
• Continually strive to develop, coach, and train your staff in all areas of professional development.
• Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventative maintenance programs.

What We’re Looking For

• General food and beverage knowledge, involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations and/or supervisory positions in a hotel or resort setting is preferred.
• Prior restaurant experience in a full-service restaurant is required .
• Must be able to communicate, read, write, and speak English effectively. Bi-lingual skills are preferred but not required .
• State or Local Law may require a certificate upon completion of an alcohol awareness/safety class as well as state-certified proper food handling certification.
