Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years direct experience.
• Health department license or certification as required by state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards.
• Train, coach and develop staff, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards; coordinate kitchen and dining room operations.
• Place food and supply orders using established procedures and manage inventory.
• Own P&L responsibilities and present monthly results to restaurant and store leadership.
