Bloomingdale’s Restaurant Supervisor role is part of the customer experience, leading a team of service, production and culinary colleagues to deliver top-notch service. The supervisor ensures knowledge of menu, store happenings and a lively dining atmosphere with world-famous frozen yogurt offerings.

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining standards, managing scheduling, and ensuring quality control across food and service areas to create an exciting, first-class experience for

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years direct experience.
• Health department license or certification, Food Handlers, and/or alcohol certification as required by state or local requirement.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Train, lead and motivate service and production staff.
• Ensure visual and merchandising standards are met and maintained.
• Understand peak demand scheduling, floor coverage and supervision.
• Assess food quality and presentation and ensure quality control.
• Place all food and supply orders using established procedures.
