Job summary

SSP America is seeking a Shift Supervisor at JFK to oversee daily operations across our diverse restaurant portfolio on site. You will work with the team on shift to foster a positive atmosphere, ensure safety, and uphold guest service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Our Shift Supervisors play an important role in the day to day running of the business. You'll work on shift with the team to cultivate a positive and engaging atmosphere, ensure that best practices are being followed, and hold the team accountable for providing a safe and clean environment for our employees and our guests.
