Job summary

SSP America in New York City, at JFK, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help manage daily restaurant operations across our portfolio including Le Grand Comptoir, Dunkin' Donuts, Shake Shack, Buffalo Wild Wings, Jacob's Pickles, True Burger, and more.

You will work on shift with the team to maintain standards, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, clean environment for guests and employees. 1+ years of supervising experience, a food handler's permit, and open weekend availability are required.

Our Shift Supervisors play an important role in the day to day running of the business. You'll work on shift with the team to cultivate a positive and engaging atmosphere, ensure that best practices are being followed, and hold the team accountable for providing a safe and clean environment for our employees and our guests.
