Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience leading a team in a commercial kitchen, commissary, or other high-volume food service setting.
• Open early AM work availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities.
• Assist with training new hires on operational standards and processes.
• Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required.
• Provide consistent support, coaching and direction to their team to deliver business goals.
