Job summary

Wickenburg Ranch Club in Wickenburg, AZ is seeking a Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily service in a fast-paced hospitality setting. You will supervise staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and partner with the Restaurant Manager to maintain quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 1 year of related experience.
• Must meet state age requirement to serve alcohol.
• Night and weekend availability; golf/club experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests promptly and with personalized service.
• Keep restaurant and facilities clean, stocked, and organized.
• Check equipment and report maintenance needs to the Restaurant Manager.
• Complete side work, including cleaning and stocking areas.
• Assist with pre-shift meetings and revenue/production reports.
• Perform tableside service, bussing, seating, room service, and clerical duties.
• Follow safe work practices and perform other duties as required.

Wickenburg Ranch Club, located in Wickenburg, AZ is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient, and personalized manner.
• Ensures that the restaurant and restaurant facilities are kept clean, well-stocked, and organized.
• Checks the maintenance of all equipment in the restaurant and notifies the Restaurant Manager of needed maintenance and repair.
• Assures all side work is completed, including all cleaning of equipment and storage areas.
• Assists with conducting pre-shift meetings to review specials, menu changes, and house counts.
• Assists in the completion of revenue reports, production reports, and other reports as needed.
• Performs daily activities to include serving tables, bussing tables, seating guests, room service, and general clerical/cashier duties.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED, and 1 year of related experience.
• Must be able to meet state age requirement to serve alcohol.
• Previous golf course and/or club experience is a plus.
• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Alcohol Awareness Training and Food safety and sanitation training.
• Night and weekend availability.
