Troon is seeking a Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor for Wickenburg Ranch Club in Arizona. You will lead daily restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The role requires strong communication, a background in hospitality, and availability for nights and weekends. Previous golf club experience is a plus; benefits include healthcare and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must meet state age requirement to serve alcohol.
• Previous golf course and/or club experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Alcohol Awareness Training and Food safety and sanitation training.
• Night and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Attends to guests promptly and with a personalized touch.
• Keeps restaurant and facilities clean, well-stocked, and organized.
• Monitors equipment maintenance and reports needs to Restaurant Manager.
• Assists with pre-shift meetings to review specials, menu changes, and house counts.
• Completes revenue and production reports as needed.
• Performs dining room duties: serving, bussing, seating guests, and clerical tasks.
• Adheres to safe work practices in performance of duties.
• Performs other duties as required.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures guests are attended to in a prompt, efficient, and personalized manner.
• Ensures that the restaurant and restaurant facilities are kept clean, well-stocked, and organized.
• Checks the maintenance of all equipment in the restaurant and notifies the Restaurant Manager of needed maintenance and repair.
• Assures all side work is completed, including all cleaning of equipment and storage areas.
• Assists with conducting pre-shift meetings to review specials, menu changes, and house counts.
• Assists in the completion of revenue reports, production reports, and other reports as needed.
• Performs daily activities to include serving tables, bussing tables, seating guests, room service, and general clerical/cashier duties.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

• Must be able to meet state age requirement to serve alcohol.
