Troon Country Club in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor for a seasonal 6-month or shorter assignment. You will oversee daily F&B operations, enforce health and safety standards, and manage inventory and staff training in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

This role involves cost controls, ordering, and adherence to applicable regulations, with opportunities to contribute to service excellence at a premier club.

Troon Country Club, located in Scottsdale, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Food and Beverage Supervisor! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Role Type

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less).

Key Responsibilities

• Manages the food and beverage department daily.
• Provides daily oversight of food and beverage accounting procedures.
• Maintains cost controls and conducts monthly inventory.
• Manages food and beverage orders.
• Trains staff on quality assurance and appropriate guest service.
• Performs daily walk-throughs to ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations.
• Complies with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire, and other local and state laws.
• Follows correct closing procedures and appropriate cash handling practices.
• Ensures that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained throughout all applicable facilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
