Job summary

Troon Country Club in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a full-time Food and Beverage Supervisor for a seasonal six-month assignment. This role offers hands-on leadership in a fast-paced hospitality environment within a global golf and community management organization.

Responsibilities include daily F&B department oversight, cost controls, staff training, health regulation compliance, and adherence to closing procedures.

• Complies with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire, and other local and state laws.
• Follows correct closing procedures and appropriate cash handling practices.
• Ensures that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained throughout all applicable facilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Role Type

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less).

Key Responsibilities

• Manages the food and beverage department daily.
• Provides daily oversight of food and beverage accounting procedures.

• Manages food and beverage orders.
