Pershore Patty is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at The Olive Branch restaurant. You will lead the front-of-house team, drive guest satisfaction, and prepare for a second location launch with a development-minded approach.

The role requires strong leadership, upselling ability, and excellent communication within a team, with a focus on delivering high service standards and efficient operations.

Job description

The Olive branch is currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to work along side our team and ensure the smooth day to day running of the current restaurant and devolving a new team for our second restaurant opening soon. We are looking to recruit an ambitious, career driven individual that is self motivated & well presented.
