Job summary

SSP America, a leading airport dining program, is seeking a Shift Supervisor at our LaGuardia locations. You will lead shifts, uphold standards, and ensure guests receive warm, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach team members, support daily operations, and help create a welcoming cafe and restaurant atmosphere. Prior supervisory experience in food service is required; coffee shop experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant or similar setting.
• Ability to coach and support team members.
• Commitment to friendly, respectful guest service.

Must have 1+ years of experience supervising in a full-service restaurant or similar food service environment.

Because many of our locations serve hot, cold, and specialty coffee beverages, prior coffee shop or barista experience is also highly preferred.
