Essentials of the position:

• 1-2 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with proven supervisory experience
• Maintain team focus and task completion
• Assist with guest issues
• Work various roles on the line as needed (Fryer, line cook, cashier)
• Assist in training new team members
• Ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and grasp for extended periods; mobility to operate in confined spaces
• Lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 lbs; place items on high and low shelves in storage and service areas
• Plate prepared foods according to Starbird guidelines
• Tolerate temperature changes in kitchen and refrigerated areas
• Availability for weekend and evening shifts
• Openness to coaching and mentorship as part of our learning culture
• This is a tipped position
• Participation in language learning programs (e.g., Babbel)
