Job summary

Dunkin' - Franchisee Of Dunkin Donuts in Maine is seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, hire and train team members, and ensure top service. You will work on the floor with the team most of the time and handle office tasks, while coaching staff to meet safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

The role requires weekend availability, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to manage staffing and budgets to support store goals.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, retains, and develops team members.
• Work on the floor with the team 75% of the time. 25% will be office work.
• Ensures all employee training is completed.
• Executes team service through effective role modeling, scheduling, cross training, and employee coaching.
• Ensure the restaurant meets safety and sanitation standards, inside and outside the store.
• Empowers the team to handle all Guest concerns calmly and with a sense of urgency.
• Recognizes team members for demonstrating desired behavior and performance.
• Maintains appropriate staffing levels to meet business needs and ensures all shifts are appropriately staffed.
• Communicates Guest feedback and engage the team in action plans to resolve issues.
• Treats all team members fairly and with respect.
• Executes development plans for talented team members to grow their career.
• Executes effective ordering as well as hiring and scheduling to meet weekly / monthly budgets per store.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
