Job summary

Dunkin franchise in Maine (Cornish) seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, develop the team, and uphold brand standards. You'll spend most of your time on the floor guiding staff and ensuring guest satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership, scheduling, and training abilities with focus on safety, sanitation, and meeting budgeted goals. Flexible scheduling including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Proven ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, retain, and develop team members.
• Work on the floor with the team 75% of the time; 25% office work.
• Ensure all employee training is completed.
• Lead service through effective coaching, scheduling, and role modeling.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards inside and outside the store.
