Job summary

Dunkin' Scarborough, ME is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, hire, train, and retain a strong team, and ensure safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction.

You will manage scheduling, coaching, and development, balance speed and service on the floor and in the office, and collaborate to meet budgets. Franchisees set wage and benefit programs that can vary by location.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, retain, and develop team members.
• Work on the floor with the team 75% of the time; 25% office work.
• Ensure all employee training is completed.
• Coach and mentor staff through effective leadership and scheduling.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards inside and outside the store.
• Empower the team to address guest concerns calmly and urgently.
• Recognize staff for good performance and behavior.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels to meet business needs.
• Communicate guest feedback and drive action plans to resolve issues.
• Treat all team members with fairness and respect.
• Implement development plans to grow talented team members.
• Execute hiring, scheduling, and ordering to meet weekly/monthly budgets.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Oversee overall restaurant operations.
