Our Store Managers Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate your team to supply the highest level of guest satisfaction and top-notch product quality.
• Execute the day-to-day operations in one of our stores.
• Meet and succeed profit and loss goals.
• Lead, supervise, and train in product preparation, including portioning, packaging, and cleaning.
• Manage cost controls and inventory.
