Job summary

Perseid Restaurant at Hotel Saint Augustine, a Bunkhouse Hotels property, seeks a motivated Steward to support F&B and culinary operations. You will help maintain cleanliness and assist in meal service, with flexibility for afternoons and evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months related experience in hospitality or service industry.
• Ability to work primarily afternoon and evenings, with flexibility for mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Bus dining room and patio; keep tables clear of dishes and food remnants.
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean condition.
• Ensure open lines of communication to meet restaurant needs.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety in the work area.
