Qualifications

• Two years related experience in hospitality or service industry.
• High School diploma or GED; College Degree preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the workplace.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to create documents in Excel and Word.
• Ability to understand other computer programs (i.e. Property Management System and Point of Sale).
• Ability to apply concepts of math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and algebra.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest service and adherence to brand standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant team members while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Manage staffing levels and employee schedules to support operational needs and optimize labor efficiency.
• Drive guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and creating meaningful dining experiences.
• Monitor labor costs, revenue goals, inventory controls, and expense management.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health regulations and SOPs while coordinating special events.
