Job summary

Hotel Saint Augustine, part of the Bunkhouse Hotels group in Houston, seeks a Housekeeping Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms and public spaces with attention to detail. You'll work as part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences while following health and safety standards and hotel policies.

The role requires physical stamina and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience in hospitality or service preferred.
• Strong verbal communication with guests and team members.
• Must be able to perform essential physical functions (lift, stand, walk, bend).
• Flexible availability including AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, public spaces, Back of House daily.
• Maintain inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities.
• Receive and report deficiencies in rooms/public areas.
• Assist with mattress rotation, window washing, and deep cleanings.
• Support in special projects and safety procedures.
• Notify supervisor about rooms out of order for maintenance.
