Job summary

Hotel Saint Augustine, a Bunkhouse Hotels property in Houston, seeks a Server Assistant/F&B Runner to support the Server and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, assisting with serving, cleaning, stocking, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and safety across food service areas. Strong communication and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are essential.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to dress code policies during shift.
• Perform serving, cleaning, and stocking duties to facilitate customer service.
• Ensure immediate response to guest comments and concerns and inform supervisor.
• Maintain supplies of linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and trays.
• Stock beverage and ice dispensers, cabinets, and serving areas.
• Set tables with clean linens and condiments; clear and carry tableware to kitchens.
• Clean dining areas and service zones; wash glasses and serve beverages.
