Job summary

One Prime in downtown Madison is seeking a Sous Chef to lead back-of-house operations and guide kitchen teams as part of the restaurant management group.

With 2+ years of current full-service kitchen management experience, you will help deliver exceptional dining experiences at this upscale venue while collaborating with management to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of current full service restaurant kitchen manager experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Sous Chef or Culinary Manager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage back of house / kitchen teams.
• Work with assistant managers and duties as part of the restaurant management team.
• Support culinary operations to maintain upscale service standards.
