One Prime, located in downtown Madison on the One 09 with views of Lake Monona, is seeking prep cooks for full and part-time roles in a high-volume kitchen. The restaurant group includes Blue Jack, a cocktail lounge and speakeasy, offering opportunities to work across a lively culinary scene.

• Prep cooks will handle back-of-house preparation and cooking in a high-volume restaurant.
• Support chef/kitchen operations and maintain quality standards.
