Job summary

Arby’s is seeking a dynamic Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager and Assistant Manager. You’ll guide team members, ensure service excellence, and help drive training and performance initiatives to keep customers coming back.

You’ll supervise a shift of up to 15 employees, oversee service, food safety, and cost controls, and work to maintain smooth, compliant operations during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in foodservice.
• Serve Safe Certification preferred (training may be provided).
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager on shift.
• Ensure all aspects of the operation run smoothly.
• Oversee service, food safety, and cost controls during shifts.
