Job summary

Arby’s, Inc. is seeking a Shift Manager to support restaurant operations and leadership on a day-to-day basis.

You will assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager, help team members through performance and training initiatives, and ensure service excellence for a great guest experience. With opportunities to grow, you will gain experience across restaurant operations, including customer service, food safety, inventory, and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with inventory, cost controls and cash handling.
• Serve Safe Certification is a plus; training may be provided to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure shifts run smoothly.
• Support performance and training initiatives for team members.
• Oversee service, food safety and cost controls during shifts.
• Supervise a shift of up to 15 employees and ensure labor laws are followed.
