• Investigates and resolves customer complaints.
• Directs, prepares and coordinates food/beverage preparation.
• Provides professional customer service and disposes of issues promptly.
• Performs opening/closing procedures and related administrative duties.
• Disciplines Crew Members and Drivers as needed.
• Receives, rotates, stocks and stores supplies.
