Perkins Restaurant & Bakery in Florida is seeking a Service Leader to ensure guest satisfaction by enforcing standards, coaching staff, and delivering fast, friendly service.

You will greet and seat guests, handle cash and payments, monitor food temperatures, train teammates, and coordinate with the Manager on Duty to maintain a positive, safe dining room. This is a full-time on-site role with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and serve guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
