Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently.
• Strong math abilities (addition, subtraction, fractions, percentages).
• Proficient with common software such as Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manages a staff of approximately three to 15 employees.
• Provides on-the-job training for all employees.
• Delegates and is responsible for ordering, receiving, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning and paper supplies.
• Assists in supervision of preparation, sales and service of food.
• Forecasts food items and estimates quantities needed and consumed per shift.
• Supervises food preparation and service operations; assists during rush periods.
• Ensures world class customer service and handles cash drawers during shifts.
• Routes deliveries and supervises drivers to maximize delivery speed.
• Completes daily opening procedures, food prep, and closing procedures.
• Performs preventive maintenance and upkeep on store equipment and supplies.
