Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).
• Strong math abilities: addition, subtraction, fractions, and percentages.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of 3–15 employees.
• Provide on-the-job training for all employees.
• Oversee the ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning and paper supplies to minimize waste and theft.
• Assist in the supervision of preparation, sales and service of food.
• Forecast daily food item needs and per-shift consumption.
• Ensure world-class customer service at all times.
• Route deliveries and supervise drivers to maximize delivery speed.
• Complete daily food preparation and opening procedures.
• Complete closing procedures.
• Maintain 100% integrity in systems and procedures.
• Process daily and weekly paperwork.
• Manage cash drawers during shifts.
• Audit previous shift procedures for integrity and completeness.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on store equipment and supplies.
• Perform other related duties as required.
