JRI Hospitality Management, Inc. is seeking an Hourly Manager to join our restaurant team in Emporia, KS. You will lead daily operations, supervise staff during shifts, and ensure exceptional hospitality and quality made-to-order menu items.

Qualifications

• Strong communications skills.
• Hospitality focus and guest service orientation.
• Ability to build and mentor a team for success.
• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts with emphasis on speed, accuracy and hospitality.
• Coach and develop team members to ensure high performance and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor labor and food costs, maintain safety and cleanliness standards, and ensure smooth daily operations.
