JRI Hospitality is seeking an Hourly Manager to lead restaurant operations on shift, coach staff, and uphold high hospitality standards. You will drive speed of service, manage labor and food costs, and recruit and retain team members in a fun, people-first environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior restaurant and/or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communications skills.
• Ability to build and mentor a team for success.
• Willing to work a variety of hours including days, nights and weekends.
• Experience in operations, management, inventory, scheduling or guest relations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during shifts to ensure smooth service.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
• Monitor labor and food costs and optimize scheduling.
• Maintain hospitality standards, speed of service, and guest relations.
